Pronoun: A pronoun is a word that takes the place of a noun in a sentence. Example: he, she, it, they
Verb: A verb is a word that represents an action or state of being. Example: run, eat, sleep
Adjective: An adjective is a word that describes or modifies a noun or pronoun. Example: happy, red, beautiful
Adverb: An adverb is a word that modifies a verb, adjective, or other adverb. Example: quickly, very, carefully
Preposition: A preposition is a word that shows the relationship between a noun or pronoun and other words in a sentence. Example: to, on, in, with
Conjunction: A conjunction is a word that connects words, phrases, or clauses in a sentence. Example: and, but, or
